I have a pair of Maui Jim rimless polarized sunglasses that I got like 10 years ago and have recently started wearing again. They look mostly like this although ever so slightly different.

I can’t help but feel like I’m Neo in The Matrix when I wear them, and this very much is not my style (I bought them back when I had no sense of style and got a certain friend of mine who likes tackier things than I to help pick them out) but damn if they’re not good at blocking out glare from any and all angles.

Why do I bring this up?

Because Maui Jim also makes a slightly less-gaudy version of Anthony Scaramucci’s blue mirrored aviators.

Of course, Maui Jim sunglasses are stupid, and I’m stupid for buying them, because they cost $300 a pair. At least they’ve lasted me a long time, in spite of making me look like Neo.
